CELEBRATING GIRLS & WOMEN IN SPORTS DAY AT SDSU

It’s that time of year again! SDSU invites kids to celebrate Title IX on an annual basis. Free tickets for families are available to attend the SDSU women’s basketball game on Saturday January 27th at the Viejas Arena. The game starts at 1 pm and doors open at 12 pm for clinics. Athletes from various women’s sports teams will be there beforehand to meet the kids and give them activities to try out.

Students in grades 3-5 that identify as female or non-binary will receive a permission slip from Miss Tennies this week. Anyone is invited to attend! The McKinley PTC has secured a bus for us. The maximum capacity is 80 people and it usually fills up quickly.
